A Lower Deep confirmed for Metal Festivus featuring Brazil's Mindflow and Texas metal greats Meyvn, along with Halcyon Way and Eclipsed by Sanity. Event to be held in Atlanta, GA on June 14, 2008.

A Lower Deep signs record deal with Turkey Vulture Records.

Due to the signing with TVR, Black Marys will not be released independently. A Lower Deep will head to Fond du Lac, Wisconsin in April to record their debut album for Turkey Vulture Records which will contain many of the songs from Black Marys. The album is expected to be release late Summer 2008.

A Lower Deep's North American Tour supporting Circus Maximus and Manticora has been cancelled. Circus Maximus has been selected to support Symphony X in Europe and will not be able to make the North American tour at this time. We deeply regret this turn of events and hope to reschedule later in 2008.
